  I bought two of these for a computer at work. They were fairly easy to install (one in the bottom, one under the keyboard), automatically recognized, and improved performance immediately. Not a lot to say about RAM other than it did what it was supposed to do.

  I put both of these in my laptop, and it wouldn’t boot up. Pulled them and put in the original half gig stick, and all was good. So I tried one at a time and one was bad. I ended up using the one good one and the original one. Probably should sent the bad one back bbut don’tknow tho whom it should go.

  I opened my laptop back – switched the old for the new memory and viola! upgrade! Delivery was quick. Great price!

  memory works great in my Acer AA1 Aspire One. Hard to install in this unit but that’s an Acer issue.

  I’m using two of these memories at the time of wrigint this message.

  They work well. My sony vaio has a faster and better perfomance using the new memories.

  That’s all i can say.

  This is a great webcam, the colors, sound and imaged quality are really nice. I thought it wouldn’t matter what Cam you bought so I first purchased a cheaper one, after having this one I’ve noticed it makes all the difference in the world! I gave my other away.
  I don’t have a bad thing to say about it and if I were to buy another one for someone else, I would definitely buy this one again!!!

  The video quality of this Qickcam is extremely good with resolution options from email to 4 MB. Picture in relatively low light is what I would consider excellent. Movement of hand in front of camera has some ghosting. My problems relate to the microphone which I could not get to work after configuring in both Logitech Audo Wizard and Windows Audio settings. Audio was available when I used an old microphone (one more than 6 years old.) My other problem was the inability to install the program on my desktop after two tries including uninstalling the partially installed program. It stopped installing at about 90% both times. On my laptop, it installed as it should have. Support is generic in FAQ and Knowledge base and otherwise nonexistant (which is par for almost all companies today.) I would recommend it for inexpensive video quality if you can get it installed.

  I was fully satisfied with this product! Bought it to be able to Skype with family and friends and I absolutely love it! The quality is great and it is very easy to use! I highly recommend this webcam!

  I bought 2, one for me and one for my daughter-in-law, so I could watch my baby grandaughter throughout the Summer months while we are up north.
  The Logitech QuickCam Pro is very easy to set up. It is small, so easily portable. Good choice and I am recommending it for my 2 adult children who live in other states.

  really nice cam with unique application program. enjoyed the video quality but doesn’t follow a person properly during the chat.

  I got this thing used a few years ago; now, I’m a 16 year-old, and my primary use for computers is writing, storing my photos, and gaming. This laptop is pretty decent (especially for the price) for the first two of my purposes, but for gaming, it was way, way below par. We had to buy numerous upgrades for it to even run World of Warcraft on top of my pictures (they take up a lot of memory).

  BOTTOM LINE: If you’re looking for a low-key laptop and you don’t need much memory, this is a nice little piece of hardware.

  I ordered a Dell Inspiron laptop 1 1/2 years ago and it worked great until recently. The screen went black and the system would not start. Turned out that the video card had failed.

  I contacted Dell customer support to activate my next business day warranty and after more than a week I have gotten nowhere with them. My claim has been “escalated” twice with the same excuses and refusal to fix the problem. They claim they have no video cards in stock and I will have to wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement card, 2-3 weeks for a loaner system, or 2-3 weeks for a replacement system — basically my NEXT DAY warranty is anything but.

  I explained that this is a mission critical system and a 2-3 week delay is unacceptable given the high price I paid for the next day warranty. I offered to take another make or model of graphics card and even offered to go buy the card myself if the agreed to pay for it.

  They refused to help in any way. So, I am left with a useless laptop for 2-3 weeks until it becomes convenient for them to honor the warranty. I will never buy another Dell product again and recommend that others who are not technically experienced with fixing computers or that need a “mission critical” system that they look elsewhere because Dell cannot be relied upon to fix broken systems in a timely manner.

  Its not a bad laptop at all, my only disapointment is that it wont play dvd’s, a file or program is missing. This was a letdown because I take long bus trips and wanted various ways to spend my time.
  It was a low price, In a way I wish I would have waited and got a more up to date laptop, but hey its still new to me.
  It is rather sluggish at times, it could have something to do with hot spots.
  I think I was exspecting more, but hey it was only $240.00 and it is 6 yrs old
  at the time I was desperate, and you get what you pay for.
  one good thing it arrived fast, and I was able to track it.
